As the number of visitors to Japan surges, it is becoming evident that there are few Japanese people who can fully understand and convey the country’s charm. While foreign visitors are gathering information on the internet themselves, much of the information they find is often inaccurate.
Many Japanese are unaware that Japan is the 11th most populous country in the world, or that each of its 47 prefectures forms its own distinct cultural sphere. This diversity is one of Japan’s greatest attractions.
Those who can speak about Japan’s allure are able to capture the spirit of the times and create unique value. By acquiring a solid foundation of knowledge, you can become a bridge between Japan and the world.
