One Day, the Profession Called “Sales” Will Change Its Name

 

In global startup circles, certain job titles are everywhere lately:

→Customer Success.

→Solutions Architect.

→Product Specialist.

→Growth Partner.

 

A decade ago, most of these roles would simply have been called sales.

 

But almost no one introduces themselves as a “salesperson” anymore.

 

 

The moment you look like you’re trying to sell, trust begins to erode.
